A full payment is to be made to book the session. In case of cancellation at my end, you will receive a full refund or a choice to reschedule the session.

• In case of a no show at the client’s end, only 50% of the amount will be refunded. In case you’d like to reschedule the session, informing
  of this at least 2 hrs before the session is a must.
  Rescheduling is allowed only once. If the client doesn’t complete the appointment again, no refunds will be valid. For eg, if a Tarot session fee is Rs 1800, the full amount will become non refundable if the client can’t complete the rescheduled session.
• if you book a session under an offer, do make sure you honour the validity of the session. Cancellation/Rescheduling of such a session would lead to offer being rescinded and usual price would become applicable. The session would be honoured once the extra payment has been cleared in such cases.
• Refunds are processed in 3 to 5 working days.
• No returns or refunds on digital products.
